About
Converts an Excel spreadsheet (.xls or .xlsx) into a clean, print-ready PDF — every sheet laid out as a table — right in your browser.
Accountants use it to send a finished spreadsheet as a PDF so figures can't be accidentally edited, while businesses use it to turn an internal report or invoice spreadsheet into a shareable PDF. It's one of many free PDF tools on Toolapt, and like every tool here, it's free to use with no sign-up and no limit on how many times you run it.

FAQ
Quick answers to common questions about the Excel to PDF.
It converts an Excel spreadsheet (.xls or .xlsx) into a PDF, with each sheet laid out as a table across as many pages as it needs.
Yes. It's free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many files you convert.
Yes. The conversion runs entirely in your browser, so your spreadsheet never leaves your device — nothing is uploaded, stored or seen by anyone.
Yes. Every sheet that contains data is converted, each starting on a new page with the sheet's name at the top. Empty sheets are skipped.
Yes. Older .xls files, modern .xlsx files, OpenDocument .ods files and plain .csv files are all accepted. Password-protected workbooks aren't supported.
With Orientation set to Automatic, a sheet too wide for a portrait page switches to landscape, and anything still too wide is scaled down to fit the page width, so no columns are cut off.
It keeps the values (formatted the way Excel shows them), merged cells and the grid, in a clean consistent style. Cell colours, fonts, charts, images and Excel's own print areas and page breaks aren't carried over.
Very large sheets with tens of thousands of rows take a while and produce many pages. Charts and pictures inside the workbook are left out.
