The service

Toolapt provides a collection of free, browser-based utilities for text, data, generators, calculators, converters, PDF, image, design, developer and SEO tasks. There's no account, subscription, or payment involved in using any of it. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Tools may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or other reasons, without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Toolapt to:

• Upload, convert, or process content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to process (for example, files you don't own or aren't authorized to convert).
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the site in a way that goes beyond normal, individual use of the tools.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, or to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate someone (for example, using a data-generation tool to create fake information for fraudulent use).
• Violate any applicable law while using the Service.

Your content

Anything you type, paste, or upload into a tool remains yours. Toolapt doesn't claim any ownership over it. File tools process your files entirely in your browser, so that content never reaches our servers at all — see the Privacy Policy for details. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to process whatever you submit.

Intellectual property

The Toolapt name, logo, site design, and the underlying code that powers the tools belong to Toolapt and are not licensed for reuse, republishing, or redistribution without permission. This doesn't affect your rights to whatever you create using the tools (for example, an image you resize or a QR code you generate) — that output is yours to use.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Toolapt doesn't guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate.

In particular, calculators, converters, and generators (loan payments, tax, BMI, unit conversions, passwords, and similar tools) are provided for general, informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional financial, medical, legal, or tax advice, and results should be independently verified before you rely on them for anything important. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolapt and anyone involved in operating it won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including loss of data, loss of a file, or reliance on a calculation or generated result. You use the Service at your own risk.

Advertising & third-party links

Toolapt is supported by advertising and may display ads from third-party networks, and some pages may link to other websites. Toolapt isn't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party ad or linked site.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use Toolapt after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination of access

Toolapt may restrict or block access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms or abuses the site — for example, by overloading the conversion tools or attempting unauthorized access.
