About
Scans a website's pages and turns them into a ready-to-upload XML sitemap, with priority, change frequency and last-modified date set automatically.
Site owners use it to build a sitemap.xml for search engines in one click, without a build tool or plugin. The downloaded file links to a stylesheet, so the sitemap also reads as a clean, styled page when opened in a browser. Toolapt offers plenty of other free SEO tools like this one, none of them requiring sign-up or limiting how often you use them.

FAQ
Quick answers to common questions about the Sitemap Generator.
It scans the website you enter, finds its pages, and gives you a ready-to-upload XML sitemap for them.
Yes. It's free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many times you use it.
The URL you enter is fetched by our server (browsers can't read another site's HTML directly), only to discover its pages. Nothing from that scan is stored afterwards, and the sitemap itself is built in your browser.
You can scan any public website you enter, up to a limit of 100 pages and about 25 seconds of crawling, following only links to pages on the same site and respecting that site's robots.txt rules. It's meant for building a sitemap for your own site or one you're working on — scanning is rate-limited per visitor to keep it fair.
Automatically, from each page's address: the homepage gets 1.0, main sections like services or pricing 0.9, other top-level pages 0.8, deeper pages less, and legal or account pages such as terms and privacy 0.3. They're only hints — search engines aren't required to follow them exactly.
sitemap.xml links to a small stylesheet hosted on Toolapt, so it opens as a clean, readable page in any browser — from your site or straight from your computer, as long as you're online. Search engines ignore the styling and read the sitemap as normal.
Yes. The page is fully responsive and works on mobile, tablet and desktop browsers alike.
